Refund policy

At 3RV Import-Export USA LLC (“3RVie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy is designed in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and Florida state laws to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, unactivated, and in its original condition and packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation.

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be provided.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been activated, registered, configured, or used with software, QR codes, consumables, or platform services.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

Return Authorization (RMA)
An RMA number and return instructions will be issued. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Shipment
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). We recommend a traceable shipping method.

3. Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection.

Full Refund:
Issued if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described.

Partial Refund or Denial:
May apply if the item is returned for reasons other than defect, or if original shipping costs, handling, or restocking fees apply.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law:

Software-enabled equipment that has been activated, registered, or connected to a platform

Consumables, including QR-activated or partially used materials

Subscription fees, platform fees, maintenance fees, or “Unlimited Cuts” fees

Custom-made or personalized items

Items marked as Final Sale

Digital services, software access, or platform connectivity

Gift cards

Health and personal care products

5. Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same eligibility and authorization process as returns and are subject to product availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion, subject to this policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Supporting documentation (photos or videos) may be required. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped or been activated. Once shipped, activated, or registered, the standard return policy applies.

8. Payment Method Limitations

Payments made via manual or irreversible methods, including Zelle, are non-reversible. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be issued via an alternative method at our discretion.
